Good candidates for an arm lift are patients with flaps of fat and skin on their upper arms, typically due to weight fluctuations. You should be in overall good health and able to undergo surgery, and our team will discuss your candidacy in depth during a consultation.

The Arm Lift Procedure
The arm lift involves a few different incision options. Our team will discuss the benefits of each at length during your consultation. They include an inner arm incision, a behind-the-arm incision, and an incision within the armpit. Once an incision has been made, fat and excess skin will be removed. In some cases, the underlying muscles may be tightened. Liposuction can be used to contour the surrounding areas for a better result. Afterward, you can return home to recover.
