What is CoolPeel?

The CoolPeel Procedure
To start your CoolPeel treatment, we’ll cleanse the area and use a topical numbing cream to prevent any discomfort. Many patients don’t require numbing cream, but we offer it to all patients.
From there, your provider will pass the CooPeel laser device over the treatment area. Most patients describe it as feeling like a rubber band snapping against their skin, but because of the cooling technology, discomfort is very minimal. A treatment session typically lasts 15-30 minutes.
CoolPeel Results
After your CoolPeel treatment, you will likely experience redness and the feeling of a mild sunburn, but these effects typically only last a few hours to a few days. After a couple of days, your skin will start peeling. This is completely normal and will reveal radiant, healthy skin underneath.
Multiple treatments may be required, but that is no issue considering the little discomfort and the low down time.
CoolPeel might also be a great combination treatment with other modalities like RF, Microneedling with PRP.
To ensure the best results, you’ll want to avoid direct sunlight, use a gentle cleanser, and moisturize. You’ll also want to use sunscreen regularly.
It takes several weeks to a few months to see results as your collagen levels increase and your skin fully heals. How long your results last depends on the natural aging process, your sun exposure, and your skincare regimen. Regular maintenance treatments may be needed to keep up the results.
